Early Leg Up Day is an event put on at the Idaho State Capitol building every year by the Idaho Head Start Association to promote readiness for children preparing for kindergarten. I was  in charge of representing the American Academy of Pediatrics and we were focusing on literacy. The event took place on February 6, 2019.

I created the poster for the event, as well as set up the display and manned the booth for the entirety of the event. The poster included tips and tricks for making reading fun for families. The poster also included some reading statistics that highlighted the importance of reading and the implications of not reading starting at a young age.
